With over 13 years of experience, they help companies build strong, future-proof talent pipelines while guiding young talent through the recruitment process. They’ve partnered with major brands like Channel 4, Coca-Cola, and Microsoft. CreativeFolks has been with them since day one, making this our longest-standing collaboration.

The goal was to bring all their brands under one strong, unified identity, creating a seamless and professional feel across everything they do. They needed a brand that would showcase their expertise while feeling modern, engaging, and full of personality.

We knew this rebrand needed to be more than just a logo change—it had to capture the energy, innovation, and expertise that make The TalentPeople stand out. So, we started with a deep dive into their brand values, using these insights to craft a new identity that truly reflects who they are.

Brand Workshop

Before diving into the design, we ran a brand workshop to define what makes The TalentPeople tick. We explored their values, mission, and vision, making sure the new brand would align perfectly with their goals. This gave us a solid foundation to build from, ensuring every design choice had purpose and impact.

Brand Identity

Goodbye, old handshake logo—hello, bold and dynamic! We introduced the Infinity Wheel, a symbol of connection and growth, to give the brand a fresh, modern edge. A striking new typeface with unique character details added personality, making the brand instantly recognizable. From digital to print, we ensured a seamless, professional, and engaging visual identity across all touchpoints.

Brand Extension

To keep things consistent yet adaptable, we used the Infinity Wheel across various materials, creating eye-catching backgrounds and dynamic layouts. We also developed a flexible system for partner collaborations, blending their branding with The TalentPeople’s unique style. This way, every touchpoint felt fresh while maintaining a cohesive identity.

Website Refresh

A year before the rebrand, we had already built their website, so rather than starting from scratch, we gave it a facelift. By updating colours, visuals, and branding elements, we ensured the site reflected the new identity while keeping the user experience smooth and engaging. Bold backgrounds, strong icons, and clear calls to action made the refreshed site feel dynamic and intuitive.
